Limited Edition Book and Prints, Chihuly Black
A limited edition book with a tri-fold intaglio print titled, Las Tres Hermanas Ikebanas, is now available, handsomely packaged in a leather-bound clamshell.
Created using the sugarlift intaglio method, Las Tres Hermanas Ikebanas reveals delicate brush movement highlighted by the artist’s fingerprints in iridescent acrylics. In keeping with his latest work in black, Chihuly
applied a blow-torch technique to each print, creating a novel texture never before seen in Chihuly’s limited edition original prints. Chihuly Black is an edition of 125.

Inauguration 2009
Dale and Leslie were thrilled to attend the compelling and historic inauguration festivities in Washington, D.C. Along with their 2 million best friends from
around the US and the world, they enjoyed the opening ceremony concert at the Lincoln Memorial, a candlelight bi-partisan dinner at Union Station where Biden and Obama spoke and Carol King performed, the Huffington Post party,
the Google party, and the swearing-in ceremony at the Capitol steps. It was amazing to witness so many people behaving so well in freezing cold temperatures with much walking and waiting! We all share high hopes and great dreams
for education, healthcare, and the arts in the next 4-8 years!
