Shipping & Returns Details for Merchandise, Films, and Books

Blankets are shipped FedEx Standard Ground with signature required.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

Standard Ground Service (5-10 business days): $8 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. Orders over $75 ship for free.

Express shipping (3-day): $15 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item.

Standard Overnight: $21 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item.
Canadian Shipping

Standard International Economy: $33 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. Orders over $75 ship for $25.

International Priority: $40 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item

Canadian shipping rates do not include any taxes, duties, or fees that may be due upon delivery. All additional fees are responsibility of the buyer. Customs charges and other applicable fees are determined by the receiving country. Chihuly Studio has no control over these fees and charges, nor can we advise what the final cost may be. In the event the item(s) are shipped as you requested, and you choose not to accept delivery and/or pay the receiving country’s customs charges and applicable fees, the item(s) will be returned to Chihuly Studio at your expense.

International Shipping (excluding Canada)
For all orders shipped to the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom, we require a minimum order of $200USD.
International shipping to France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom is $75 on all merchandise, DVD and book orders. The orders will be shipped FedEx International Economy. For shipping assistance to a country not listed, please call us toll-free at 800.574.7272 or email us. All sales are final for Studio Edition Glass, Fine Art Prints, and Chihuly Pendleton blankets. For books, films, and other merchandise, please contact customer service within ten days to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange of equal or greater value. For an exchange of greater value, the customer will pay the difference in price and any additional costs. Returns and exchanges only valid on merchandise purchased from Chihuly Studio and www.chihuly.com/shop.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. We will refund your credit card within 10 business days from the date the item was received. We are unable to refund shipping costs unless your item(s) were damaged upon arrival.
