Pine Green White Cylinder with Drawing, 2012
Dale, Leslie and members of Team Chihuly gathered together to celebrate the 34th annual Pilchuck Glass School gala and auction on Saturday, October 12, 2012.
Chihuly and the team, including Flora C. Mace and Joey Kirkpatrick, created the Pine Green White Cylinder with Drawing while working at Pilchuck this summer. The piece was donated by Dale and the Studio and auctioned that evening.
Pilchuck was co-founded by Dale in 1971 and is located in Stanwood, Washington. Today, it is recognized as an international center for glass art education.
