On October 22, 2012, Portland Press – established in 1992 as a small company dedicated to publishing books about Chihuly’s art – became Chihuly Workshop.
The Chihuly Workshop team collaborates with Chihuly on a wide range of projects from books, films and stationery to Studio Editions, prints and limited edition blankets produced by Pendleton Woolen Mills.
The change from Portland Press to Chihuly Workshop comes with a new website. The site highlights the four areas Chihuly Workshop focuses on: Glass, Prints, Publishing and Merchandise. Videos on the site teach visitors about our creative process including how Chihuly and the team make lithographs. The merchandise section features five lines of products some of which are from our Northwest community.
