Studio Edition Glass Shipping Details


Shipping within the United States and Canada is $100. Shipping will be added automatically during the checkout process. Each Edition is shipped via 2-day air with signature required. Within 2 business days, you will be contacted to schedule an arrival date before shipping.

International shipping to Australia, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom is $200. For shipping assistance to a country not listed, please call toll-free at 800.574.7272 or email [email protected]. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM–4:30PM PST.

International shipping rates do not include any taxes, duties, or fees that may be due upon delivery. All additional fees are responsibility of the buyer. Customs charges and other applicable fees are determined by the receiving country. Chihuly Workshop has no control over these fees and charges, nor can we advise what the final cost may be. In the event the item(s) are shipped as you requested, and you choose not to accept delivery and/or pay the receiving country’s customs charges and applicable fees, the item(s) will be returned to Chihuly Workshop at your expense.

Studio Edition glass is wrapped in bubble wrap, placed inside its display vitrine, and surrounded by packing peanuts in a custom cardboard shipping box (14 x 14 x 14" or 16 x 16 x 16") for transit. Unpacking instructions are provided on the top of each box.

All sales are final for Studio Edition Glass.

 

Fine Art Prints Shipping Details


Shipping within the United States and Canada is $75 unframed and $100 framed. Shipping will be added automatically during the checkout process. Each print is shipped via overnight air with signature required. Within 2 business days, you will be contacted to schedule an arrival date before shipping.

International shipping to Australia, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom is $175 unframed and $200 framed. Framed prints are wrapped in large bubble wrap and packaged in a thick custom cardboard box (48 x 37 x 4") with additional bubble wrap on all sides and a foam noodle at the bottom to provide stability in transit.

Unframed prints are wrapped in glassine and silicone release paper and secured between two layers of thick cardboard (48 x 37 x 1") to ensure stability in transit.

All sales are final for Fine Art Prints.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

  • Standard Ground Service (5-10 business days):  $8 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. Orders over $75 ship for free.

  • Express shipping (3-day): $15 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item.

  • Standard Overnight: $21 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item.

Canadian Shipping

  • Standard International Economy: $33 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. Orders over $75 ship for $25.

  • International Priority: $40 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item

All sales are final for Studio Edition Glass, Fine Art Prints, and Chihuly Pendleton blankets. For books, films, and other merchandise, please contact customer service within ten days to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange of equal or greater value. For an exchange of greater value, the customer will pay the difference in price and any additional costs. To return or exchange an item, please include your order information in the package and ship to:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. We will refund your credit card within 10 business days from the date the item was received. We are unable to refund shipping costs unless your item(s) were damaged upon arrival.
