Q. There is a problem with an item I bought at a museum gift shop. What do I do?
A. Please contact the store from which you originally purchased your items to inquire about returns or exchanges. We are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for items purchased at Chihuly Garden & Glass, partner exhibitions, or other vendors.

A. We do not offer payment plans; payment is due in full prior to shipment.
Q. How do you safely ship artwork?
A. Chihuly Studio and Chihuly Workshop have developed the highest standards, methods, and reputation for transporting artwork safely and efficiently across the globe. We ship artwork insured via FedEx with signature required at delivery.
Q. How is Studio Edition Glass packed for shipment?
A. Studio Edition Glass arrives wrapped in bubble wrap, positioned inside its acyrlic vitrine, and surrounded by packing peanuts in a custom cardboard shipping box (14 x 14 x 14" or 16 x 16 x 16"). Unpacking instructions are provided on the top of each box.
Q. How are Fine Art Prints packed for shipment?
A. Framed prints are wrapped in large bubble wrap and packaged in a thick custom cardboard box (48 x 37 x 4") with additional bubble wrap on all sides and a foam noodle at the bottom to provide stability in transit.
Unframed prints are wrapped in glassine and silicone release paper and secured between two layers of thick cardboard (46 x 34 x 1") to ensure stability in transit.
Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Q. I am visiting the US and would like to order gifts online and have them shipped to my hotel. Is that possible?
A. We do not ship to hotels, but can ship your package to a nearby FedEx store to be held for pick up. When you place your order online, use the FedEx location as the shipping address, and provide the name and phone number of the person who will pick up the order. ID is required at pick up. You can find your nearest FedEx location on the FedEx website.
Q. How much will I pay in taxes here in the UK (or other foreign country) for artwork?
A. Chihuly Workshop cannot advise on custom charges and applicable fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties and import taxes.

Q. What is the difference between edition artwork and unique artwork?
A. Edition artwork refers to glass and prints created in multiples. Edition artwork can be viewed and acquired on our website or at select museums and galleries. For assistance with edition artwork, call 800.574.7272.
Unique artwork refers to one-of-a-kind glass sculpture and two-dimensional works of art which can be viewed on our website, at representative galleries, and in exhibitions and select museum collections. Q. Where can I see Studio Editions or Prints in my local area?

Q. Can you help me insure or appraise my Studio Edition?
A. Chihuly Workshop does not authenticate or appraise artwork. We suggest you contact a qualified independent appraiser.
Q. I recently purchased a Studio Edition which included a display case and riser. I also own a 1998 Studio Edition; may I purchase another display case from you for that piece?
A. Yes, we sell acrylic vitrines in two sizes. The cost is $150 for the case, and $75 for shipping. Please contact us at 800.574.7272, and we will determine the size case needed for your Studio Edition.
Q. I’m looking for an item that I remember from the past. Do you still carry it?
